Purpose: To support the services to the Germantown community provided by Face to Face, Inc. and Inn Dwelling, Inc.

Structure: The Corporation is governed by a Board of Directors, whose membership is composed of persons from the constituent organizations and the people served. Offices and practices are codified in its Bylaws.

The Staff: consists of a full-time Development officer and a secretary.

Fund oversight: An Advisory Council of three members acts as the guarantor of proper use of funds raised. The Council is accountable to the Board.
