We pray that we can always extend hospitality and kindness to everyone with whom we come in contact, affirming God’s holy presence in them.
We pray for the leaders and citizens of our country, as we celebrate Independence Day, that we, and they, always strive to respect the rights and dignity of all people.
We pray that Church leaders not only recognize the worth and talents of women but elevate these talents in equal standing so that all are included in the life of our Church.
We pray for all who have suffered from violence in our communities, that they are afforded the support services needed to cope with their pain and loss.
We pray for all who have died, that they will live eternally with Christ, our risen Lord.
